By accessing or using the Adocentral website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit any information through our forms.
2. Services
Adocentral provides search engine optimization, generative engine optimization, performance marketing, social media marketing and related digital strategy services. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work signed by both parties.
3. Free audit
Our free audit is provided for evaluation purposes and does not create a binding service relationship. We reserve the right to decline or limit audits at our discretion. Audit findings are confidential and intended solely for the recipient.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and code, is the property of Adocentral or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Client deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal or contract.
5. Limitation of liability
Adocentral is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or one thousand Indian rupees if no amount was paid.
6. Confidentiality
We treat information shared during audits, proposals and engagements as confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement according to the terms set out in the signed proposal. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for work completed become immediately due.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
